Stanley Consultants is looking for a Water/Wastewater Engineer to work on a wide range of Water/Wastewater engineering projects.
Independently perform assignments requiring the application of standard design engineering techniques, procedures and criteria for small projects or segments of larger projects.
Preparation and checking of design computations and quantity estimates.
Perform analysis and interpretations of hydraulics, field data, drawing layouts, pumping and equipment layouts, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Proficiencies with the following software - KY Pipe 2010 Surge (Waterhammer), KY Pipe 2010, SewerCAD and WaterCAD with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation interface.
Technical analysis in preparation of reports for water and wastewater studies that may include facility plans, master plans, investigation of excess inflow and infiltration.
Preparation of design plans and specifications for water distribution, storage and treatment facilities, and wastewater conveyance, pumping and treatment facilities.
Assist in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
Occasional field work and travel will be required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water/wastewater engineering
Requires 5 – 10 years of relevant experience.
Requires previous experience with engineering design and analysis software
Must possess good communication skills
Arizona PE or the ability to obtain an Arizona PE in 6 months
Ability to work in a Team environment
