As a Senior Project Manager, this position will help develop a vision for growth for the local water/wastewater practice and beyond. This individual will also lead business development efforts and manage relationships with key clients. Leadership responsibilities include: business planning and strategy, building and maintaining positive client relationships, and open communication with partners and team while growing and directing a\u0026nbsp;water/wastewater practice. The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business. Accounting, administrative, marketing, recruiting, IT and production support will be provided. With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of a performance based work environment and can advance to ownership.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003e15 years of experience in civil engineering and design with at least 5 directly managing water/wastewater projects in Nashville and other parts of Tennessee.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eClient contacts and relationships with local municipalities, area counties, water management authorities and local, regional, state agencies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to manage \u0026amp; mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated ability to manage water/wastewater projects profitably.\u003c/li\u003e
