Key Responsibilities Lead the Waste and Wastewater Plant Maintenance TeamPlanning and stewardship on relevant maintenance activities and deliverablesTrack and ensure maintenance delivery performance against asset priorities and agreed KPIsMaintain equipment performance recordsService Request and Work Order processing, execution and close outImplement and maintain agreed continuous maintenance improvement initiativesOngoing spares management and optimizationEnsure delivery of all maintenance services to schedule and within budget Skills / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 6 years experience performing wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance activitiesComprehensive knowledge in developing and implementing WWTP and waste yard maintenance plans, strategies and predictive, preventive and corrective programsGood understanding of work planning, scheduling and progress and performance measuresGeorgia Class 1 Wastewater Certification and Class 1 Industrial Wastewater CertificationStrong motivational and people skills with proven leadership and organizational abilityMust provide documentation of authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Must pass drug test and background investigation Company Overview Wood is a global leader in the delivery of project, engineering and technical services to energy and industrial markets.
