Job TitleProcess Control Sales Representative- Indianapolis, IN Job SummaryTo call on, develop and sell Process Control Systems to new and existing customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quote jobs that produce gross margins goals. Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible. Be assigned existing base of customers that you will work with to develop solutions for their needs. Work with area A/E firms in writing specifications for projects. Call on new customers to add to our current customer base. Work with local mechanical,water/wastewater contractors to develop relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience. 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment. 5 Controls experience in the water/wastewater industry We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of various PLC systems including Allen Bradley and Siemens. Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales. Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes. Proven record of sales capabilities. Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
