The successful candidate will assist in growing BC\u0026rsquo;s Drinking Water business in Pennsylvania and the Northeast Region, and lead teams to deliver exceptional service to our municipal and private-sector clients. In this role, you will manage water and infrastructure projects and support pursuits and proposals. We are looking for a team member who has a proven track record of successfully selling, managing, and executing projects.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eLead project teams in planning and/or designing a major engineering project and coordinate special planning, economic, and engineering studies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide consultation in specialized areas (water treatment design, storage, and delivery systems), make decisions, and solve problems.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage and execute potable water treatment and design projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and prepare process design drawings, specifications, calculations, plans, models and other technical deliverables for drinking water projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRead and summarize technical reports regarding water quality.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAnalyze data including water quality and plant operations information.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare and make presentations to clients and for professional meetings.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDirect the work of drafters and designers and coordinate with other disciplines.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDelegate and oversee the work of subordinate technical staff and engineers.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with and lead business development pursuits.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDesired Skills and Experience:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eB.S. degree in related engineering field (Civil, Environmental, etc.) required; M.S. degree with a focus on water preferred\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in potable water system engineering/consulting including familiarity with the following: master planning, hydraulic modeling, water treatment plant design, pumping design, and pipeline design\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProfessional registration in the State of Philadelphia or the credentials to obtain registration in a timely manner\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong project management or project engineer skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrevious supervisory or mentoring experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSuccessful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSelf-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment\u003c/li\u003e
